Terms of Service

By using Archive Cheats (the "Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users who purchase, access, or use our software.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to form a binding contract with Archive Cheats;
• You have the authority to enter into this Agreement either on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent;
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation;
• All information you provide to us is true, accurate, complete, and current.

2.1 License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Archive Cheats grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for personal or business productivity purposes during the term of your subscription.

2.2 License Restrictions

You shall not:

• Share or Transfer: Attempt to share, sublicense, transfer, or assign your license to any other person or entity;
• No Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software;
• No Modification: Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our software;
• No Redistribution: Redistribute, resell, lease, rent, or make our software available to any third party;
• Software Integrity: Our application operates externally and does not modify, interfere with, or alter system files or memory.

2.3 License Termination

Archive Cheats reserves the right to terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete any copies in your possession.

3.1 Refund Policy

For refunds please contact support, unless a mistake is made on Archive Cheats' end. Please ensure the product you purchase is the right one for you.

A "mistake on Archive Cheats' end" refers to an error caused directly by us, such as: the wrong product or license key being delivered, a duplicate or double charge, or a key that does not function due to a fault on our part. Issues caused by user error, a change of mind, or purchasing the wrong product do not qualify.

By proceeding with any purchase, you acknowledge and agree you must contact staff for a refund. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our staff reserve the right to decline any refund request at their sole discretion where it does not meet the conditions set out in these Terms. Once a product has been activated, it is considered used and non-returnable; no refunds will be issued for activated products. All refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team within 48 hours from purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

3.2 Out-of-Stock Purchases

If you purchase a product while keys are out of stock, you are not entitled to a refund. Your key will be delivered as soon as new stock becomes available. Delivery typically takes anywhere from 1 to 72 hours depending on stock replenishment times.

3.3 Support Services

Technical support is provided through the following channels:

• Ticketing System: Available through our Discord server for authorized users;
• Response Times: Standard support tickets are typically addressed within 24–48 hours; Private customers receive priority support.

3.4 Subscription Management

Users are responsible for managing their subscription preferences and maintaining the security of their license key.

4.1 No Liability for Account Bans

Archive Cheats is not responsible for any bans caused on your gaming accounts. By using our software, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with using third-party software in online games. You are solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from the use of our products.

4.2 Detection & Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued if the software becomes detected by anti-cheat systems. In the event of detection:

• Archive Cheats will work to update the software as quickly as possible;
• Active subscription keys will receive additional time compensation for any downtime;
• You will not receive a monetary refund for detection-related issues.

4.3 Banned Account Refund Requests

Please understand that refund requests for banned accounts will be denied. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or compensation if your gaming account is banned as a result of using our software. You assume full responsibility for any account actions taken by game publishers or anti-cheat providers.

4.4 Product Status & Purchasing

The status of Archive Cheats' software is clearly updated and listed on our product pages. Before purchasing, please check the current status indicator:

The software must not be used for:

• Unauthorized Automation: Any form of automated process that violates third-party terms of service;
• Botting: Creating or operating bots that automate actions in violation of game or software policies;
• Competitive Gaming Enhancements: Using the software in competitive or ranked gaming environments where such software is prohibited;
• Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law;
• Harmful Activities: Any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or other computer systems or networks connected to the Service.

6.1 Data Collection

We collect minimal personal data required for service provision, including email address, license key and subscription status, payment information, and basic usage statistics.

6.2 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted license storage and secure payment gateways to protect your information.

6.3 Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with or use third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7.1 Subscription Plans

We offer several access options including 1 Week, 1 Month, 3 Month, 12 Month, and Lifetime access.

7.2 Payment Terms

All fees are payable in advance according to the plan you select. All payments are one-time and non-recurring.

7.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You must manually purchase a new subscription before your current subscription expires.

7.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Archive Cheats and its licensors.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARCHIVE CHEATS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

Archive Cheats reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
